What do we need to change in the hospitality industry?
The National Collective Labour Agreement for the Hospitality Industry (L-GAV) regulates the wages and working conditions for all employees in the hospitality and hotel industry in Switzerland.

Work clothes and shoes must be paid for by the employer (without a deposit) Changing time should also count as working time.
Apprentices in the hospitality industry should be under the L-GAV and benefit from all its advantages.
